Pumpkin Patch Smoothie It's alright if you drool. This smoothie has that affect. Organic pumpkin puree, coconut cream, a little pumpkin pie spice and Wahla! Hey, wipe that waterfall from your chin. ;) Recipe 3 cups ice cubes 2 cups water 1 can coconut milk 1 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 cup honey or 1 frozen banana 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon each, ground cloves and nutmeg Blend on high for about 3 minutes until smooth and creamy. For a special treat, top it off with Whipped Coconut Cream and Toffeed Pecans or Spiced Nuts from The Feel Good Cookbook.
